The front desk staff provided outstanding service, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, the lobby could use some improvement, as it felt unwelcoming. Additionally, the noise from the area was disruptive at first but the air conditioner helped mitigate it. Breakfast options included tasty crisp salads, enhancing the overall experience.

missingWrote a review on Oct 06delicious falafelspacious roomconvenient locationrude managerreservation hassle
Diving into the local eats around Holiday Inn was a highlight. Mezeh Mediterranean Grill's falafel had me drooling! I loved the comfortable stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, it was spacious and just what we needed. The location is on point with quick access to tasty spots like Matchbox Pizza and Brother's Bar & Grill.
But oh boy, the manager's attitude was a letdown! It felt like a battle just to tweak our reservation. she could've used a lesson in hospitality. That sour moment almost overshadowed all the good vibes from the local scene.

The staff here were the friendliest I've encountered. every person from check-in to housekeepers was genuinely nice. I had to switch rooms unexpectedly, but they handled it without a fuss and even helped my handicapped mother get settled in the new spot.
Honestly, it wasn't bargain basement pricing. but for the service I got, it was acceptable.
